Silicon Lab's Si100x/1x - the industry's lowest power single-chip MCU with an integrated sub-GHz RF transceiver Si100x Wireless MCUs The Si100x Wireless MCU family offers devices configured with either 64K or 32K of on-board Flash memory and a maximum transmit output power of +13 or +20 dBm.
